What types of services do you offer?

We provide personalised and caring support at your home, respecting everyone's pace and habits. Our services include assistance with washing and hygiene, preparing balanced meals, maintaining the home, accompanying you to medical appointments and outings, as well as administrative support.

Can I monitor what is happening at my loved one's home?

We will keep you informed with regular reports. The handover log that has been set up is a tool for communication and monitoring of the actions and activities carried out each day. Our nurse coordinator is also available to answer any questions and provides you with personalised, real-time monitoring, thus offering you peace of mind.

Are there any financial aids available?

We will guide you through the procedures to obtain the assistance you are entitled to (such as the Autonomy Allowance - PA). Our team will support you through each step to simplify the processes.

What happens in an emergency?

Our teams are trained to react quickly and effectively. Strict safety protocols are applied to ensure the safety and well-being of your loved one at all times.

How to determine the right services?

A free home assessment is offered to accurately identify your needs and expectations. This meeting allows us to build a personalised, adaptable, and lifestyle-respecting support plan together.

Yes, our interventions can be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as required. Our commitment is to remain by your side, in all circumstances.

What are your prices and payment terms?

Our prices are clear, set according to the nature and frequency of the services. Payment can be made by bank transfer, SEPA direct debit, or cheque, as you prefer.

How do I start the benefits?

Simply contact us by phone, email, or via our website. We will arrange a free initial appointment at your home, after which we will quickly set up the desired support, gently and at your own pace.

Can an intervention be modified or cancelled?

Certainly. We are flexible: 15 days' notice is sufficient for a planned absence, or 48 hours for a one-off change. In the event of the unforeseen, such as hospitalisation, a cancellation is possible up to one hour before the appointment.

Are your speakers qualified?

Absolutely. Our care assistants are rigorously selected for their qualifications and human qualities. They benefit from regular training and ongoing professional support, to guarantee a reliable, respectful, and deeply humane service.
