The way we operate

Our Services

We offer personalized, in-home support provided by qualified, caring, and attentive caregivers. Our small, family-run business places trust at the heart of every service, with constant attention paid to the comfort, dignity, and independence of those we support.

Each of our professionals is carefully selected for their skills, attentiveness, and interpersonal abilities. Thanks to their ongoing training and adaptability, our teams provide personalized support to meet the specific needs of each client, taking into account their pace, lifestyle, and health status. Particular attention is paid to age-related conditions or situations of frailty, to ensure support that is safe, respectful, and compassionate.

Our approach is based on a multidisciplinary team approach, involving both family and professionals. This ensures comprehensive, effective, and optimized care. Our company provides beneficiaries and their families with trained healthcare assistants, as well as connections with independent nursing practices to complement their care.

1. Initial meeting and needs assessment at home
The Coordinating Nurse visits the home at the request of the individual or family to better understand their needs, expectations, and routines. This comprehensive and personalized assessment visit is completely free of charge.

2. Personalized selection of the caregiver
Based on this assessment and the preferences expressed, the coordinating nurse carefully selects the most compatible caregiver, then arranges a home visit to make introductions.

3. Signing of the contract and start of the support program
Once you have chosen your caregiver and signed the employment contract, services can begin according to the schedule you have established. Monthly telephone and in-person follow-up is provided to ensure your satisfaction and the smooth running of the service.

4. A flexible schedule that evolves with your needs
You determine the times of home visits. This schedule remains fully adjustable, depending on changes in your situation or your preferences.
